Visit http://www.lovemymattress.com they sell odd size mattresses and may be able to just sell you this component. They are affiliated with a mattress manufacturing company that has most everything they sell made in the US and is safer for your child. It may cost a little more, but your childs safety is worth it. Most department stores that sell these toppers import them from China and who knows what they put in them for chemicals these days.
I heard they have a Promo code that may get you a discount, try Matthero and see if that works, my friend bought one for is RV and that got him some type of discount.

I've seen this stuff at Wal-mart - usually called a foam mattress topper. You can but it for about $15 for a twin bed size and just cut it down as necessary.

you can call the hospital and ask them where to get one...but I wouldn't use it for too much longer because of the whole SID's thing...and the ones they sell at Wal-Mart are made with certain chemical that can be unsafe, so I would say calling the hospital would be your best bet.
