doesn’t keep knees apart
I agree with others who say this pillow is too soft to keep the knees apart, even when it is positioned right between the knees. Unfortunately a waste of money.

Comparing Contour and HoMedics leg pillows

Great size and shape

waste of money… too soft
I purchased and was very disappointed with this pillow. I have used these types of leg spacer pillows for years and gotten as lot of relief from back pain.

As a recovered back surgery patient, this product works well between the legs for comfort if you sleep with both legs in the same posistion.

Small but comfortable
This pillow was much smaller than I expected but the placement of it right at the knee or above is great for sleeping and for comfort on my spine and legs.
