It ALL Depends On Your Posture…
This cushion is fairly firm. If you have GOOD or EXCELLENT posture, I’d say you might be looking at the right lumbar cushion.

I bought this for lumbar support while sitting on the couch. It’s comfortable, and helps my posture, but has “squashed” down a lot, and hasn’t kept its shape.

Good support – be prepared for a firm pillow!
This pillow is perfect size; easy to transport and fits nicely on a chair. I like the strap too. It is firm, really firm, which I guess is better than too soft.
